Use your hub desk as your business address
Town Council fitness certificates and many supplier registrations ask for a physical business address. With a paid hot desk or dedicated desk you can download a confirmation-of-address letter for the hub, valid for as long as your booking runs. Day passes and meeting rooms don't qualify.
Each local authority decides whether an address meets its rules and may inspect the premises. We confirm requirements with the council before a hub opens. The Compliance Desk can help with the fitness certificate application.
