Our five pricing rules

  1. Fixed and published. Anything extra is quoted in writing before work starts.
  2. Official fees are passed on at cost, on a separate invoice line.
  3. No success fees: never a percentage of a tender or contract.
  4. The client owns their records. Files are returned on request, even if a bill is unpaid.
  5. If the Desk misses a promised turnaround, the service fee is refunded.

We never ask for money to see a tender. Using the Desk never requires a loan.

All prices are N$ service fees, excluding VAT. VAT is shown at checkout.
