30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with a Compliance Desk service or a desk booking paid by card, ask for a refund within 30 days of your order date and you get the full amount back.

How to ask

Card refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net or reply to your payment receipt. Questions about a payment: compliance@baselab.com.na. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Bidding fees

BaseLab never charges to bid. If anyone asked you to pay to bid or to receive tender documents, report it straight away to tenders@baselab.com.na.
